Fan speed is too fast on low - DC Fans

Some of our initial batches of the Sanur fans were felt to run at too high an RPM on the slowest speed. This has now been updated.

We do have spare retrofit receivers that will slow the speed the  P/N 13339 DCRECIEVER/S/II~DC. We can send the unit free of charge, but it is not a warranty replacement. We will NOT pay a changeover fee. This part must however be changed by an Electrician.

Note: The existing fan remote will also need to be re-paired to the new receiver . Please follow the fan instruction manual to re-pair the remote.
