Customisation Service for Australian-Made Products

As an Australian manufacturer, Evolt offers a customisation service that allows customers to request locally made products tailored to their specific requirements.

This service accommodates requests such as non-standard sizes, specialised gear trays, or entirely unique fittings.

To initiate a custom product request, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Non-Standard Product Request Form – Download (below) and fill out the form, ensuring all relevant details are provided. The more information you include, the better we can meet your needs.
2. Submit Your Request – Email the completed form to sales@evolt.com.au.
3. Evaluation and Pricing – Evolt will assess the feasibility of your request and provide indicative pricing.
4. Approval and Quotation – If you approve the pricing, Evolt will issue a part number and an official quotation.
5. Placing Your Order – Use the provided part number to submit your order.

• Order Codes must be created internally at Evolt and Cannot be created by a Sales REP or a Customer
• Product labeling can be Custom and have the customers codes
• Orders will be rejected if the Order Code has not been issued from Evolt and does not match the code we have in our system
• If the products the customer is ordering is the same,then it should be on a single form. There is no requirement to have a form for every line in a order if the products are the same.
• Type numbers are independant of the product code.
