A customer was having an issue with a BULLER/2LT/WL. The heater was always on and the exhaust never turned on. The LED worked as expected.
As there was an issue with 2 different functions of the exhaust which involved the switches, the likely issue was to be a wiring fault with the switches either in the plate itself or to any junctions along the way. Getting the customer to check these out to ensure the right wires from the switches to the right exhaust terminals found a fault and fixed the issue.
For future issues it would be good when presented with multiple issues with the switches for an exhaust to run through with the customer the switch wiring and get them to double check the switch wiring.
