Check that the batteries are fresh and hold charge (suggest that the customer tries some working batteries from another remote control), follow the set-up instruction on pairing a remote as per the instruction manual. If this does not solve the issue then the unit is faulty. |
| Can I pair a second remote? |
Please review the Instruction manuals on the atom lighting website: www.atomlighting.com.au on how to pair multiple remotes, please note that AC and DC remotes are a different set up, please check you are using correct instructions on how to add multiple remotes for either AC or DC ceiling fans. |
| Coolum LED CCT Change via the wall switch (OLD model LED array) |
Toggle the Light power switch ON/OFF within 3 seconds to select the Colour temperature (3000K, 4000K or 5000K). Keep the light off from last toggle for at least 8 seconds, after which the light should remain at the same colour temperature when the light power switch is activated in normal operation. To change CCT again, repeat the above process. |
