Induced voltages measured on LED Panel bodies

Some LED panels and troffers when measured using a meter show a voltage of more than 48V between the body of the panel and Earth. 

These products feature a common form of SELV Class II isolated driver, that typically create a floating output that isn't referenced to earth. The measured voltage seen on these fittings is a result of capacitive coupling, which manifests as a measurable AC voltage in reference to Earth when measured with a high impedance probe. 

This does not pose a safety risk as it is of induced high impedance potential, with low current capacity and is a common phenomenon witnessed across similar certified Class II products in the market.
