Step 1: Enter Settings Mode
Press and hold the test switch for more than 4 seconds. The fitting will enter Settings Mode. Settings Mode has a 5 second entrance and will time out after 5 seconds of inactivity, so complete the next step promptly.
Step 2: Press the test switch the required number of times
Each press should be 0.5 to 2 seconds on and 0.5 to 2 seconds off. Allow a minimum settling time of 10 seconds between settings changes.

The amber flash sequence repeats for 20 seconds, allowing a visual check that the command was accepted.

Note: Manually started function and duration tests do not alter the schedule for the six month synchronised test.
